Hours: Meetings are bi-monthly (January, March, May, September and November) at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers

Mission: To make recommendations to Town Council on issues within their jurisdiction. Membership is composed of one Town Councilor and four public at large members, all of which are appointed by Council at their Organizational meeting each October for one year terms. Additionally, the Board may select a maximum of five Associate Members (non voting) and professional advisors as required. The function of the board is: to promote environmental awareness, assist community groups and organizations and groups in coordinating environmental projects and activities; to act as a liaison for people with environmental concerns; to assist groups in accessing funding sources for environmental friendly activities and projects; to promote the concepts of reducing, reusing, recycling and recovery on a local level.

Activities: Spring clean-up, Recycling depot project, Composting workshop, Poster/coloring contest with schools.
