The seniors names their half “The Welcome Mat”, and in October 1975 “The Senior Citizens Welcome Mat” was officially registered as a non-profit society. The purpose of the Senior Citizen Welcome Mat is to enhance the mental and physical well being of seniors by providing a variety of opportunities for social interaction,
Recreation and physical activities. Also, to help seniors remain healthy, active and independent for as long as possible.
