Mayor Brent Feyter
I was raised in Fort Macleod and was involved in various local youth sports and activities. Since graduating in 1997, I have worked at a few local businesses, primarily with our family business, Structural Truss Systems and Forma Steel, leading and helping grow the family companies. My wife, Janey, is a stay-at-home mom and a great champion for me and our six children, Micah, Sherayah, Levi, Emalee, Maelle and Ezra.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, being challenged by those who have attained goals and challenges seemingly impossible and spending time with our family.
In living, learning and being challenged by others, I have grown to appreciate the community's significant role in the development of the family and the success of a business. To me, a community is a place where people are excited about living and working, where we trust each other, celebrate the successes of our fellow citizens and pull together when things get tough.
Christina was born and raised on a farm just south of Fort Macleod. She currently operates her own curbside recycling business and a janitorial business. When Christina isn’t working, she likes travelling and camping with her husband, George, and their three kids. Christina was already an active community member before she joined Council, serving on many boards and volunteering for events.
Mackenzie grew up in Calgary before moving to Lethbridge for University in 2010. She completed her Bachelor's Degree in Indigenous Studies while minoring in Women and Minority Groups and Sociology.
After University, Mackenzie received a Human Resources opportunity to work in a Manufacturing group of companies that brought her to this great community of Fort Macleod. Since then, she’s never wanted to leave, loving the community and accessibility to everything for her family, not to mention the proximity to Castle Mountain ski hill.
Since making Fort Macleod her home, Mackenzie has met many great people and has been given great opportunities, like running the Market on Main, serving on the FCSS board, and participating in many community volunteer opportunities. Mackenzie would say the most significant milestone was starting a family in the beautiful Town of Fort Macleod. Mackenzie believes Fort Macleod has given her family so much, with a successful career and friends, and is now looking forward to serving for the next four years.

Jim has also retired from coaching but was a fundamental part of building the baseball community in Fort Macleod throughout the years. He is a firm believer in community and giving back.
