Postal Strike – Important Billing Updates

Due to the ongoing postal strike, the Town of Fort Macleod encourages all customers to sign up for e-statements for utilities and taxes to ensure they receive their bills.

  • Local delivery: Bills sent to local box numbers will be delivered during the strike.
  • Out-of-town delivery: Bills sent to out-of-town mailing addresses will be mailed but may experience delays due to the strike.

Sign up for Utility Bill E-Statements

Visit the Town’s website to sign up for e-statements. Please note that a $2.50 paper statement fee will apply starting with the January 2025 utility bill.
