Bylaw enforcement, human resources as well as rental of the Community Hall and Scouts Hall also fall under the community services role. Have a random community question and your not sure who to ask, if she doesn't know the answer, she'll get you in touch with the right person. This position is also the Director of Emergency Management for the Town as well as a liaison for community service groups and committees ie: the Seniors Welcome Mat, Empress Theatre Society, Community Hall Society, Library Society, Sports Associations etc.
