150th Park
Location: 9th Street & 4th Avenue
We are excited to announce the development of 150th Park, a new recreational space for our community, located along 9th Street between 4th and 5th Avenues.
Project Overview: In response to recent residential developments along 9th Street, the Town is investing in new recreation opportunities. This block of land is ideally situated for a park or green space, providing an excellent addition to the area.
Development Plan: The park will be developed in phases, with Phase 1 set to begin next year. Our engineering consultants are currently designing the final scope of the park, ensuring it meets the community's needs and expectations. The plan is to develop this area similarly to our beloved Centennial Park.
Announcement: Mayor Brent Feyter proudly announced the 150th Park project during our 150th-anniversary celebration. This park will serve as a recreational space and a testament to our town's growth and commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
