150th Park Development Update
We’re excited about the development of 150th Park, a new recreational space for our community! Located along 9th Street between 4th and 5th Avenues, this park will be a wonderful addition to the area.
In response to recent residential growth along 9th Street, the Town is enhancing local recreation opportunities. This park is ideally placed to provide a great green space for residents to enjoy.
This year, we’re moving forward with Phase 1, which includes installing sidewalks, chain and post fencing, and lighting. These improvements will set the stage for future development of the park.
